Our founder, Ari Cibari, has spent nearly a decade inside the travel industry. His journey began on the front lines, working and scaling several travel agencies and tour operators, he launched and scaled his own successful Destination Management Company (DMC), going from launch to fully booked in just 120 days and serving thousands of travellers. This gave him an invaluable, real-world understanding of the operational drag and marketing challenges that small tour operators face every day.
Seeking to solve these problems at scale, Ari then moved into the world of travel technology. As a Regional Manager for WeTravel, he helped scale the global fintech company from 30 to over 300 staff, driving adoption across the US & EMEA and expanding its reach into 60+ markets. It was here he saw how powerful systems could be, but also how they often failed to connect with the on-the-ground needs of travel businesses.
AtlasPerk was founded to bridge this critical gap. Ari combined his hands-on operational experience with his expertise in scalable technology to create a new kind of consultancy—one focused on implementing practical, high-ROI solutions.
