A safari operator came to us with a website that had over 500 tour pages — and not one of them had a clear path to conversion. No structured itinerary layouts. No schema markup. No logical hierarchy connecting destinations to experiences to booking. The site had been built over years of ad-hoc additions: duplicate pages, orphaned URLs, and a flat architecture that made it nearly impossible for search engines — or AI systems — to understand what the business actually offered.
We rebuilt the entire site architecture from scratch using a hub-and-spoke model. Destination hubs linking to experience pages, experience pages linking to specific itineraries, every page with structured data that told Google and AI platforms exactly what was on offer, where, when, and at what level. We engineered conversion paths into every template — contextual CTAs, enquiry triggers at decision points, and a booking flow that matched how high-value travellers actually research and commit.
Server response time was already strong at 0.19 seconds. The hosting was solid. But speed alone wasn’t the problem — the experience was. Mobile users were bouncing because tour pages read like PDF brochures: walls of text, no visual hierarchy, no scannable structure, and CTAs buried below the fold. The site looked professional on desktop but fell apart on the devices where 70%+ of their traffic actually arrived.
We redesigned the tour page templates around how travellers actually consume information on mobile. Scannable itinerary blocks with day-by-day breakdowns. Sticky enquiry buttons that follow the scroll. Image placements that load progressively without pushing content down. Price indicators and availability signals positioned where they reduce friction rather than create it.
