We also check whether AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini name your business when travellers ask for recommendations in your destination — and whether your direct booking rates are competitive against OTAs like Booking.com or Tripadvisor. Your form answers about CRM, tracking, and automation give us enough signal to include findings on those areas too. If you optionally share read-only access to Analytics or ad accounts, we go even deeper at the paid audit stage.

A 6-month retainer focused on closing the leaks identified in your audit. We commit to specific revenue-recovery targets in months 1–3 and explicit execution milestones in months 4–6, both negotiated and documented at the Audit Review & Roadmap Call before you sign. If we miss the month-3 targets, the next month is free.
