Data you provide directly

When you complete our Growth Diagnostic scorecard, book a strategy call, or contact us, we collect:

  • Name and business email address
  • Company name and website URL
  • Business type, destinations, and operational details you share in form fields
  • Any additional information you voluntarily include in open text fields

Data collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

  • Pages visited, time on site, and navigation paths (via Google Analytics)
  • Browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region)
  • Referring URLs and search terms that led you to our site

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Deliver your Growth Diagnostic report and any follow-up communication
  • Schedule and conduct strategy calls you book via Calendly
  • Respond to enquiries you send us directly
  • Send relevant updates or resources — you can unsubscribe at any time

We use automatically collected data to:

  • Understand how the site is being used and improve it
  • Measure the effectiveness of our content
  • Diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google Analytics — Website usage analytics. Data is anonymised and aggregated. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Calendly — Calendar booking for strategy calls. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences. See Calendly's privacy policy.
  • Email provider — We use a third-party email platform to deliver diagnostic reports and communications. Your email address and name are stored in this system for communication purposes only.

All third-party services we use are GDPR-compliant and process data under appropriate data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Scorecard submissions and diagnostic correspondence: retained for up to 3 years
  • Email communication history: retained for up to 3 years
  • Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months)

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion — You can request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability — You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — You can object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
  • Restriction — You can ask us to restrict processing while a complaint is being resolved.

6. Cookie Policy

We use cookies solely for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Cookies we use

  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) — These track page visits and user behaviour in aggregate. They do not identify you personally.
  • Session cookies — Short-lived cookies used to maintain your session as you navigate the site. These expire when you close your browser.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. This will not affect your ability to use the site, though some analytics functionality may be limited.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it to perform their duties.
